At Fenton & Fenton, we want you to love your purchase; if an item isn't quite right, we offer a flexible return policy for most homewares and furniture within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Pack Securely

    Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix your RA number to the outside of the box and ship the package back to our warehouse using a trackable courier service.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Credit

    Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a store credit, minus any shipping costs.
